Brad has been in the industry since 2007. He started at the corporate headquarters of a large carrier in the marketing department, then moved into sales for a marketing company, and then was an agent for a Fortune 500 insurance carrier.
Brad joined Ware Group in 2012 and draws on multiple years of experience to create unique voluntary benefit plan designs & implementation strategies that provide the most value for employers and employees. He enjoys taking an educational and fiduciary approach. He also uses his marketing experience to become an extension of the employer’s benefit communication process.
Brad went to Illinois State (BS, marketing major, sales minor, 4x Dean’s List) then jumped right into the industry.
He enjoys time with his wife & 2 children, hiking, health & fitness, personal finance, reading, traveling, watching professional football, and community service (Kiwanis & Big Brothers Big Sisters).
